For years I thought crying was a sign of weakness. It wasn’t until I met my Life Coach (Psychic Surgeon) that I started to discover the incredible evolutionary power that emoting carried. Finally I had discovered the secret to rising up in my life and experiencing higher and higher frequencies of vibration, aka ‘living the dream’.

Rage on the Page
Take out some blank paper, and set aside some private time and space where you can be alone and safe. Drum up all the feelings towards the situation or person that has triggered rage in you. Think about the mistreatment, judgement etc. Once you’ve got the emotion flowing, start writing. Go crazy on the page. Swear, be mean, say things on paper that you’d likely never say out loud. (Don’t fake it, or force it, just your real, raw emotion.) Keep going until the point in time where you suddenly don’t ‘feel’ that anger, frustration or rage any longer. Trust me, it will come. There is no timeline, no rules and only one goal/objective: rid your system, your body, your mind, your heart, your aura of these negative emotions. Once you’re done, shred, burn or tear up the pages. Then take an epsom salt bath or shower and visualize yourself washing away any last bits of this energy. Dry off and declare out loud: this process is complete.
