We all have an amazing inner guidance system that speaks to us in many different ways. The challenge is that most of us do not listen to it. Let’s say for example that you wake up first thing in the morning with a headache. Most of us, pop a tylenol, pour a coffee, jump in the shower and get on with the day. Now, I’m not suggesting that you stop everything just because you have a headache, but, consider this; the body never lies.
What if you queried your head ache? What’s going on here? Have you been burning the candle at both ends? Getting enough rest? Dehydrated? Stressed? Consumed with negative thinking? What if you took a moment, took a few deep breaths and asked yourself honestly and openly about why you have a headache? Where would the answer come from?

A lot of times, this conversation is referred to as “a gut check”. Your inner guidance system can assist you in SO many ways. All you have to do is ask it – and listen.
