Write it all down. All of it. Dump it out of your brain. Put it down on paper. Don’t stop until you sense mental relief; as though the fog is lifting and you can sense the bigness of the blue sky. It will come. I promise.
When you’re all done.
One more. Deep breath.
Look over your list & choose no more than 3 things that you can do right now.
The feeling of moving forward will propel more of the same.
