Do you ever get tired of the ‘how successful people do it’ articles and blogs that flood your Facebook reel? Maybe I’m just having a cynical day (it happens, gasp!) but I find these posts somewhat patronizing.
First of all, if I really wanted to, I could get up at 5am. But I don’t. Also, I […]

Are you done with overthinking things? Do you crave the clarity and conviction to make a decision and go forward with it? Are you sick and tired of the stressful feelings that ensue when you obsess over something in your mind?

Difficult people can be such an energy drain. All the time spent thinking about what they said, what they did, how they made you feel, dreading the next time you’re going to have to see them, talk to them, deal with them… Ack! It can be exhausting!
But in the end, the sooner you own the […]

I can trace it back to the exact day. I had just come back from a local pub, where I had dropped off my resume. This was one of my lowest days, and yet it was also one of the most liberating days. I was broke. (I can admit that now.) I was desperate. I […]

I was in the gym this morning doing a leg workout I learned via Personal Trainer extraordinaire Hannah Fletcher. There’s no doubt it’s a killer – and YES you’re sore for a few days after, but the results are indeed worth it. I only do it when I’m feeling on top of my game, super […]

Testimonials
Every time I talk to Heather I have a break through.
I feel safe with her to be more vulnerable then I’ve ever been before and it’s amazing what gems come out of that.
When I talk to Heather on those days when I’m getting in my own way and feeling stuck in my self-doubt, I snap out of it, because she holds the most beautiful vision for who I am and what I’m truly here to do.
I wanted to be free, joyful and ready for all that life had to offer. I had been so stuck, doing what I thought I “should” be doing, rather than just being me. Working with Heather, my perspective, knowledge and energy has shifted on so many levels, professionally, family and personally. Granted, it hasn’t always been easy but she has been my biggest cheerleader! I set life goals, even ones I never thought would be possible in my lifetime, and I have achieved them! I am so grateful for working with Heather. She has shown me the way to my true self.
